Dear Valued Clients,
In observance of the upcoming Easter Long Weekend, we would like to inform you of the terminal’s operating schedules and port closure period. Please take note of the following details:
1. Closure Period:
o Terminal will be closed on Good Friday, 29th of March from 08:00 am until Saturday, 30th of March at 08:00 am.
o This closure follows the normal practice in the country.
2. Public Holidays:
o From the 30th to the 1st of April, all days are declared Public Holidays.
o During this period, the following arrangements apply:
Vessel Operations: Vessel operations will cease from Good Friday, 29th of March at 08:00 am and resume on Saturday, 30th of March at 08:00 am.
Receiving and Delivery: Receiving and delivery services will be closed on Good Friday, 29th of March from 08:00 am and open on Saturday, 30th of March at 08:00 am.
However, clients who need to receive or deliver containers for the period from the 30th to the 1st of April can request overtime services.
Payment for overtime charges should be arranged by 12:00 pm on the 28th of March 2024.
Billing Office: The billing office will be closed, but clients who require billing services during the public holiday can file for overtime from 29th of March to the 1st of April.

3. Regular Business Hours:
o Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, 2nd of April 2024 from 08:00 am.
Management will exercise discretion in approving or declining overtime requests based on resource availability and manpower.
