Dear Valued Customers,

This is to state and affirm that Motukea International Terminal (MIT) and South Pacific
International Terminal (SPICT) are open and working properly without any disruption.
We are very well aware of all measures announced by Prime Minister, Honorable
James Marape, and local MPs and we are fully supportive of these measures and all future
ones that government might put into place. We believe that health and safety of PNG citizens
should be at the top of the agenda and as such we will comply with all requirements.
As a private company we have as well a mandate to care for the health and safety of
all our employees and customers and as such we have taken additional internal measures in
support of government’s control measures, such as, but not limited to, mandatory washing
of hands, temperature checking, cancellation of face-to-face meetings. All internal and
external stakeholders, including truckers, that will be detected with a temperature of 37.6 C
or higher will be rejected at the gates and not accepted in the terminal.
We appreciate your utmost consideration and assistance in this matter that is related
to national health and safety of all citizens of Papua New Guinea.

Kind Regards,
ICTSI South Pacific Management
