NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS – TRANSFER OF PLANNING & BILLING FUNCTIONS TO CENTRAL DEPARTMENT

Dear Valued Customers,
Effective 16 November 2020, customers are advised that Planning and Billing functions for South Pacific International Container Terminal Limited (SPICTL) & Motukea International Terminal Limited (MITL) will be transferred to Central Planning & Billing Department in ICTSI Head Office in Manila. Parallel running between PNG and Manila staff will continue through to November 30th in order to ensure a smooth transition, assuring customers that there will be no changes to processes and procedures currently in place.

Concurrently, we are aligning SPICTL & MITL Billing Offices operating hours as per below table.

Weekdays 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Saturday 8:00 AM 12:00 PM/Noon

Since the start of terminals’ operations in 2018, terminals have improved productivity and delivered efficiencies throughout the whole supply chain. To provide next level value-adding service to customers and the cargo moving in and out of PNG we are now looking inwardly at our organizational structures. We will harness the synergies and efficiencies provided by our state-of-the-art terminal management system and by a centralized department that is well established and operative since many years and delivers high-level standard services to other terminals within ICTSI group, such as VICT in Melbourne.
